SUMMARY:Chapter Chatters is Milan Public Library's book club for 4th and 5th graders. We meet on the third Tuesday of each month. 

Each child will read or listen to the same book each month before book club and then discuss it and participate in activities or crafts related to the story during the program. Books and audiobooks (when available) will be available a month in advance.
