For the month of September these workshops will be available to everyone on September 10th at 10am and again on September 29th at 6pm. Let's learn more together and raise awareness about dementia and work towards becoming a Dementia Friendly Community. Register at the front desk at MSHL.
What is Dementia Friends? It is a global movement to help communities support those with dementia. It takes one session to become a Dementia Friend\, where you will learn how to recognize the signs of dementia\, how to effectively communicate with people living with the disease\, and simple actions you can take to make your community more supportive.
