Join me, Moon Mama and my mentor and friend the legendary John Farmer for a lovely walk through the woods of Draper Houston Meadows Preserve and get to know your local tree population. John Farmer will guide this walk and teach us how to identify these magnificent trees living in the preserve. We are hoping to catch the beautiful Autumn colors as our area begins to reach peak color season. You will get to know a little more about our preserve and the species that call it home as well as nurturing your spirit by being out in nature. It is always a nice time. Thank you for joining us!
It is recommended that you dress for the hike as it is Autumn in Michigan, and it can be wet and muddy. All ages are welcome for this free event! Pre-registration is required.
