Walk Wednesday: Let's Go for a Plalk!
What's a Plalk?
It's the trendy Swedish trend of picking up litter while you walk. It derives from “plogging” – the mash-up of “plocka upp” (meaning “pick up”) and jogging.
Let's get moving today by taking a plalk. Grab an empty trash bag or grocery bag and pair of gloves and go for a plalk.
Go by yourself or grab a friend of family member. There's no designated time or location. Go at a time that's best for you and walk any route you want.
