City-wide Trick or Treat

City-wide Trick or Treating is happening on Halloween from 6 - 8 PM.
Reflective clothing, glow sticks, or flashlights are recommended for kids.
Cars should slow down and be alert as a lot of kids will be out and about in our streets.
Please note: NO sires will sound at the beginning or end of this event.
